How to Submit your Entry
Cheshire Novel Prize is open for entries from 15th April 2026
Submitting your novel entry is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Submit your novel
Following the submission instructions, please submit the first 5,000 words of your novel, plus a one-page synopsis. Click here to upload your submission. Once submitted, you will be redirect to the payment page.
Pay your entry fee
If you are a low-income writer, you may wish to apply for a sponsored entry.
If you would be interested in sponsoring an entry for a writer on a low-income, please contact us!
Submission Confirmation
We will email you following the submission of your entry, confirming receipt. After this point, simply wait to be notified of the longlisted and shortlisted novels.
